Planning Matters

The Parish Council is a statutory consultee on all planning applications in the Parish.

Planning applications are discussed at the planning meetings held every three weeks. You can find the dates and times of upcoming meetings by clicking on the link to the diary. At these meetings the Parish Council decides whether to submit formal comments or objections to the planning applications to Guildford Borough Council (GBC) or Surrey County Council (SCC). The Parish Council's Planning and Environment Committee reviews all planning applications in detail for the Parish Council and makes recommendations at the Parish Council meeting.

To view current planning applications on Guildford Borough Council's website please click on the link below and either enter a postcode or planning application number.
